Freezer Cooking Day 1

Hello All!! I hope everyone is having a great day! I am really enjoying the beautiful sunshine we are having!

Well I started on my freezer cooking day last night.  I had about an hour to work on a few things so here is what I finished last night.


2 Baked Ziti

I also had enough ground beef left to make 6 hamburger patties that I froze individually. 

And I started soaking my black eyed peas and black beans.

So there you have it! I am working on pizza dough and muffins today to make tomorrow a little easier! More to come!!!
